Our Opening Day of Trout Season celebration was a great success, 95 families came to celebrate with us, Tina and I are so thankful for this community and the willingness to bare the cold temperatures to come out and give the future fishermen/ladies an opportunity to make thier 1st memories of fishing with us here..

We would like to thank Cedar Brook Trout Farm Mr. Jerry at 83 years young bought us some beautiful healthy Fish, The Alcona Co Sheriff's and U.S. Coast Guard for bringing their boats up and letting the little ones explore them, Our Friends at Northeastern Window and Door for the use of the Dunk tank, DRS property management for the help at the end of our day. Skunked No More, Inc. (Flintstone Lures) that sent up t shirts and hats for the give aways items..All of you make this day so special for the kiddos in our county.

George and Tina Schrader, James and Heather Strittmatter for your unconditional support in helping us make happen,
And all the folks out of the goodness of thier heart that would just stop in and drop off a donation to make it even better for the Kids,your kindness is very much appreciated..

We look forward to doing 3rd one next year, till then Remember a child catching a fish might not change the world, but a child catching a fish might change their world.
