The only goal I had opening our doors almost two years ago was to create a welcoming and safe space in our small-town. A space that I desperately craved for myself and my family growing up. Nothing has filled my cup more than you all seeing and feeling that here.

Everyday I get the opportunity of connecting with people from every walk of life, confirming just how beautiful and inspiring our diversity truly is. Thank you for the endless support and trust. Because of you all, Enchanted Novelties gets to fulfill my dream of a place built on acceptance, empathy, and curiosity.

I don’t often write book reviews, but I finished this book about a month ago, and it’s still on my mind. The writing style is so unique and propels you through the story unlike any other book I’ve ever read. It’s very much a read-in-one-sitting type of book. It reminded me of sitting down with someone and their scrapbook- these snapshot moments they tell you about their life. It’s a coming of age story and how life sometimes doesn’t go how we think; how difficult making big decisions can be and how we carry our traumas. The characters are so human and real. Such a beautiful book! If you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend!!

🐉The anticipated follow-up to When the Moon Hatched- The Ballad of Falling Dragons is STUNNING in person, and I cannot wait to dive into this!! WtMH was one of my favorite reads of 2024!
