ommodate most needs. Troy Chitsey, the owner of Patriot Steel, has been a Fleet and Facility Manager for the past 17 years and has been involved in countless construction and fabrication projects. Choctaw is Troy’s hometown and he and his family are excited to be a part of the community. The steel industry has always interested Troy and he now has the opportunity to pursue his passion.
