After the grills are cut and bent, each one is carefully welded and ground smooth before moving on to sanding and paint. It's a process that takes time, but quality is worth it.

We get asked why our animals, people, and ranch accessories are so expensive. Well, my wife, Patrice, does all the work from start to finish. She mixes and pours the resin into the molds for all our animals, people, and ranch accessories. Once they have set, she has to hand pull every piece from their mold, then she sands every piece one by one getting rid of any flaws & adding all the details to each piece she makes & the final touch is her hand painting each piece herself. She does this so the animals, people & accessories "fit" The Happy Toymaker toys, the accessories are a lot bigger scale than you'll find in any store. We don't have these shipped in by the bulk already made & painted, just like the metal toys these are made by hand from start to finish down to every little detail. This video doesn't do all her hard work justice for the amount of time & love she put into each piece but a small insight into all the work & time that goes into each piece! One-of-a-kind toys with one-of-a-kind accessories. This trailer had already had a lot of miles racked up; however, this kiddo is continuing to put the miles on this pickup and trailer despite the trailer being run over by a REAL pickup and trailer!
