Working on a traditional style red hot sauce, Cayenne based. think I have a winner. I'll let the guys at work try it. Their really honest about my stuff. But near as critical as I am.

Made some Balsamic honey vinegar and raspberry vinegar, cayenne hot sauce's really tasty, nice and thick so it sticks to your food!

Busy making some hot pepper oils, very tasty!

Picked more peppers from the green house today. Plants are doing despite the cold weather were having. I caulked the windows and have the heater going. The reaper plants look a little wilted, hoping they'll come back with some TLC.
