Hello all! You're going to be noticing some new signs in the parking lot this weekend, so please be mindful!

Unfortunately, Papa Johns Pizza has decided to start towing any customers that are not inside their building. This means if you come into any of the shops here in the strip while you wait for your Papa Johns's pickup order to be finished and you parked in "their" parking, they will tow you. Towing has already happened several times this week.

Yes, this is a private lot. Yes, in our lease it states that the lot is for all of us to share. Unfortunately, the property owner has elected to give Papa Johns the authorization to do this anyway (we did verify that he did this). On the opposite end of things, that means that we are allowed to do it as well.

Did we want to do this? No. But if we don't, they will have all their drivers park in the remaining spaces they haven't claimed as specifically theirs leaving all of our customers nowhere to park.

Now, for the bright side of things...

WE ARE MOVING! 🥳 No more roaches, no more mice, no more parking lot issues, no more tractor trailers blocking in customers for an hour twice a week, no more pounding on our walls & screaming/explicatives.

We can't wait to provide our much-loved customers & friends a new and improved nerdporium! Stay tuned for the details, we'll share info soon! 🥰
