Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! 🦃

One thing I am thankful for is Thanksgiving break, so I can take a step away from college and work on fishing lures again.

I’ve been working on some revisions for the little 4-inch glide bait. One of those revisions was swiveling hook hangers.

Another nice walleye and a few bass all caught on the Luthi Lures bladed jig. The walleye was a nice 25.25” long.

It was fun to paint up one of my 3D printed prototypes. It was even more fun to catch some fish on it.

So many new possibilities! Recently I bought a 3D printer from and so far it has been nothing but great! Here is just a little glide bait I designed and printed - it is just one of many lures to come from my new printer.

#12 for walleye over 20” - this one came in at 21.5”! People may think this is crazy, but a white bladed jig is now my favorite walleye lure. I’ve caught almost all of my recent ones on a white Luthi Lures bladed jig with a soft plastic trailer.

More walleye over 20” from June - up to 11 so far. Not sure I’ll ever have fishing this good again, but God has been very generous this season!🎣

They just keep on biting! Caught another nice one tonight, it was 26.5 inches. For some reason the walleyes around here seem to like the bladed jigs, which is funny because it’s more of a bass or northern pike lure. Other than that I caught two other smaller walleyes.

Had to sponsor the family fishing trip last night with some lures. We caught a 28.5 inch walleye that weighed 7lbs 4oz on a Luthi Lures bladed jig. The rest of the walleyes were caught on our underspins with paddle tail trailers. The other walleyes were 27in, 23in, 20.5in, and two other smaller ones. It was a great night for fishing!

Landed two river monsters today, a 20.5 inch and a 27 inch walleye! Lately the walleyes seem to be loving the Luthi Lures underspins and paddle tails.

Starting to paint some hard plastic lures! These will be fun to use this spring. More colors are on the way.
