The Hawaiian islands are full of volcanoes. The volcanic soil here is highly beneficial to growing coffee because it’s full of rich minerals that help to create healthy coffee trees. On top of that, the islands seem to provide the perfect balance of rain, sun, wind, and mild nights to grow insanely good coffee. Hawaiian coffees are known for their mild acidity and smooth, sweet flavor profile.
