Update! We had a lot of people come today and get books. We’ll be back up there tomorrow (Saturday) at 10 again, and everyone is welcome again to come get more free books. There is much less, but still plenty of great books to choose from. We’ll probably be up there until 1pm or so

We’re going to be up at 10am on Friday and there are still a lot of books left. We’ll be there until about 1pm. If you want free books, come and bring boxes. We hate to do it, but after that, all will go in the roll off being brought next week. We hate to ever throw away books, but we have to clear it out.

Today starts the last week we’re open. We’re open from 9:30 to 4pm today through Saturday. All books remaining are $1 and we’ll discount even more for larger purchases. We need to sell as much as we can by the time we close, so come out and help us clear our inventory

I will be opening at 10:15 this morning because of the weather. Will probably open later in the morning tomorrow depending on what Helene does 😅 but I will update y’all as soon as we know.

We wanted to announce that our last day will be Saturday October 5th. We’ve had a wonderful time in the 13 years we’ve been open in Hampton and have made many friends at the bookstore. Because of some of the losses we have had in the last year with our family, we’ve decided that now is the time to pull back and spend more time with the ones we love. We appreciate all of the support and love we’ve received and will always remember all of the good times we’ve had. Love you guys and come see us before we leave.
