Taylor Waste Services is looking to immediately hire a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative for our growing waste hauling business. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service to our customers across Hampton Roads. The Customer Service Representative will work directly with the Operations Manager and Dispatcher to ensure customer satisfaction in all areas of our business. The Customer Service Representative will answer and respond/direct all incoming phone calls, assist with pricing inquiries, service requests, address customer concerns, and assist with other operational tasks as instructed.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Receive incoming phone calls and assist customers
β€’ Assist with administrative aspects of day-to-day operations
β€’ Coordinate with the Operations Manager/Dispatcher/Drivers on service requests
β€’ Quote pricing within provided parameters
β€’ Others tasks as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:
β€’ Excellent written and oral communication skills
β€’ Service Oriented
β€’ Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task
β€’ Energetic team player who is self-motivated.
β€’ Excellent customer service skills and actively looking to provide great service to our customers
β€’ Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Prior customer service/sales experience preferred
Waste industry experience preferential
