WRAPPING COLONIES To wrap or not !!
We are going to carry out an experiment on wrapping , we have 12 colonies we are wrapping with ` space blanket ` and 12 that we are not . Hives are next to each other and at 2 locations. They are either in 2 deeps and a medium or 1 deep and 1 medium . We have weighed all 24 colonies and will compare them in 12 weeks time . We are intrested in weight loss, colony loss, strength, hive beetles, etc. We will post full results at the end of Feb 2025
