We are well aware of the new developments with suppressors, SBRs, SBSs and AOWs. We have had a discussion with the local ATF agents (who have not received guidance from their legal division). The ATFs current recommendation is that we continue with Form 4s until legal clarity is received.

We currently have more than 300 suppressors in stock that can be purchased and held until clarity is reached, and we do not expect them to last long.

What we hope and expect to happen in the future is for suppressors to be sold with a 4473 background check, with the same regulations as handguns, and we will keep updating as we receive more information and guidance.
