The Grab Thrift Shop will be closed during regular hours (1 -4) on November 29 & 30 and on December 27 and 28 for the holidays. The museum will also be closed these days.

The Grab will open on November 29 from 10 to 2 during the Holiday Market at City Lake. We will have Christmas decorations and new gift items as well as our pre-owned items.

Take museum and the Grab will be closed today, Saturday October 25 for the Seaboard Festival on Main Street. Come out to see us there! We will reopen on Sunday from 1 to 4 at our location.

Fall is a good time to plant yellow bells (forsythia) and 4 o'clock for spring and summer. We still have a half dozen of each at The Grab. Have house plants available also.

The Grab Thrift Shop will be open and having a yard sale during the Pop Up Market on Saturday, 9 / 6 from 9 until. Lots of stuff inside and outside. Stop by and check us out. We are open each weekend from 1 to 4 on Saturday and Sunday during regular museum hours.

The Pop Up Market is at City Lake in Hamlet this weekend. We have many new donations unpacked and ready at The Grab in the National Railroad Museum across 74 from the lake. Open at 9am until 4pm this Saturday. Come see us when you visit the Market. Here are some of our recently added items.

This Saturday, July 5th, the Pop Up Market will be open at the Hamlet City Lake. The market is open from 9 to 2. We will be open at The Grab from 9 to 4. Stop by while you are in the area. We have plants, new items, and new to us items. Come by for a deal! Also open Sunday from 1 to 4.

The Grab Thrift Shop is open Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4 each weekend. We open early at 9 am on the first Saturday during the Pop Up Markets at Hamlet City Lake. Come out to our neighborhood for some great vendors near the lake then stop by for good deals on previously owned merchandise. We add new inventory weekly. Bonus!!! You can tour the museum during your visit and visit our gift shop with train related items.
