A recent project that really shows what the dresser could be that is underneath all that dirt, wear and tear. This was a client barn find reportedly sitting for some 40 odd years. It is a solid mahogany server/bar from the late 19th or very early 20th century (unless someone can convice me otherwise). The styling is very 20th century but the construction and condition tells me its older. With some help from a follower we have determined that this is an English Regency pedestal sideboard style circa 1810 to 1830. I believe this piece was mad in London is the 1850's.
