2 weeks ago, I was done. Done putting faith in people, trusting them, relying on them.
Having people walk out on you, while you are 1200 miles away and not a thing you can do about it made me really wonder. Have we gotten so self centered as a society that the only thing that matters is the "me"? Is that really how people think? Because it sure is how they have behave. And to me, it's honestly very scary.
As I was packing up consignor items, store items, organizing what we were going to do with everything, I think fate stepped in. A young lady I have never met before, but had discovered our store a couple months ago and fell in love with it walked in to buy some supplements. She and I talked for a good while and I told her unfortunately I was closing the doors at this location and the why. She went home and brought her husband back the next day....needless to say, I went from shutting it all down at the Hamilton store to taking on new partners!
So the fabulous news is....the store at the 620 US Hwy 93 S location will stay open....
IN ADDITION.....because we (ie Skip) went to work building, we will also be carrying some items in Florence! Feed, supplements, seasonal items and shavings.
Most of the tack will still be in Hamilton but you can now also get feed in Florence so northern Bitterrooters don't have to make the extra drive!
