Think again before buying Junior that E-moto they are asking for… I keep hearing of new laws that will affect all electric bikes,scooters, skateboards etc

14-Year-Old Cited for Evading on E-Motorcycle

The consequences are getting more serious.

In Saugus, a deputy cited a 14-year-old rider on an e-motorcycle for:

• Evading
• Reckless driving
• Unlicensed driver
• Unregistered vehicle

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, city streets are not the place for illegal riding.

Parents, know what your kids are riding, and know the rules. If your child is riding illegally on city streets, the consequences can quickly escalate from citations and costly 30-day impounds to serious criminal charges.

We will continue enforcement.
