ANNOUNCEMENT

While we've had fun making great gelato to share with Haines, we've been a victim of our own success! We've decided to spend more of our retirement time outdoors...traveling, hiking, fishing and enjoying Alaska's beautiful scenery.

Therefore, we have decided to CLOSE our Chilkat Valley Desserts operation effective immediately. We will be selling off the gelato equipment and some of the smaller items that remain in our inventory.

If you are interested in the processing equipment, please text Keith (the Gelato Guy) at 858 334-5568. We will be posting other items at a later date.

Getting Ready for Turkey Day?

Stop by Chilkat Valley Desserts this weekend to get some gourmet gelato to go with your holiday dinner....or just as a treat for yourself! Add a warm coffee drink to your order and what could be better?!

FRIDAY EVENING FROM 4 TO 8: Cindy and Matt will be at the SECOND AVENUE location to scoop individual servings or pints as well as prepare a favorite coffee drink!

SATURDAY DURING THE LEGO DAY EVENT (1-2:30pm): Matt and Cindy will be at the FAIRGROUNDS location to serve you gelato and coffee drinks.

Matt and Cindy will be ready to scoop out your favorite flavor of our gourmet gelato or make you a delicious coffee drink tomorrow evening from 4 to 8.

FIRST FRIDAY: GELATO TONIGHT ON 2ND AVE

Stop by our 2nd Ave location tonight between 4 and 8 for a taste of our gourmet gelato and/or a great coffee. Matt and Cindy will be scooping flavors including PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE, VANILLA BEAN, PASSIONFRUIT GOATCHEESE, MANGO AND DEATH BY CHOCOLATE (both dairy free) as well as your other favorite flavors.

We're located at 138 2nd Ave, next to the Tongass Federal Credit Union office. Hope to see you there!!

Keith will have individual servings, pints, and Polar Bites at the fairgrounds location Friday evening between 4 and 7 p.m.

Stop by for a taste of one of your favorite flavors, including: COOKIES & CREAM, PUMPKIN SPICE, KEY LIME PIE, EARL GREY TEA & HONEY, CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUP, and CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP.

Pints and Polar Bites are also available at Haines Packing Company on Main Street!

OPEN TODAY AT BOTH LOCATIONS!
It's a great day to grab a gelato and sit outdoors! Jacob will be open today from noon until 6 on 2nd Ave and Keith will be at the fairgrounds from 4 to 7.

Stop by for a taste or individual serving of our gourmet gelato. Dairy free Mango, Passionfruit/Goatcheese, Caramel and Fudge Swirl, and Chocolate Chocolate Chip and lots of other favorite flavors are on the menu.

Prepackaged pints are also available at the fairgrounds shop and at Haines Packing on Main Street.

CORRECTION.....GELATO AT FAIRGOUNDS TODAY

What a nice day to grab a scoop of gelato and sit outside in the sunshine!

Jacob is taking a well deserved day off, so Keith will be at our fairgrounds shop today from 4 to 7 p.m. He'll have tasting and individual scoops....including some new flavors such as STRAWBERRY LEMONADE (dairy free) and TRIPLE CHOCOLATE plus prepackaged pints.

Prepackaged pints are also available at Haines Packing on Main Street and at our fairgrounds shop any time Josie's Bread and Bagels is open.

Jacob will return to the 2nd Ave location tomorrow. Stop by for gelato or a latte!

STOP BY TODAY!

Chilkat Valley Desserts will be open today and tomorrow at our new location on 2nd Avenue (by the Tongass Federal Credit Union office) from noon until 6 p.m. Jacob will be ready to serve you a scoop of our gourmet gelato or make a latte, espresso, or cup of coffee for you!

Gelato pints can be purchased at our shop in the fairgrounds when Josie's Bread and Bagels is open or at the Haines Packing store on Main Street.

Lemon Basil, Chocolate Hazelnut, Orange Blossom and other flavors are on the menu this week!

OPEN TODAY AT BOTH LOCATIONS!

We're back at the fairgrounds shop and our new location on 2nd Avenue today!

Keith will be at our shop at the fairgrounds from 4 to 7 today for tasting, scoops, and take out pints.

Jacob will be at the 2nd Avenue location (138 Second Ave--by Tongass Federal Credit Union) from noon until 6. Individual servings and coffee drinks are available.

You can also get take out pints at the Haines Packing Store on Main Street.

While we will NOT be opening tonight at the fairgrounds, remember you can pick up prepackaged pints of our gourmet gelato at Josie's Bread and Bagels and Haines Packing.

We will likely be closed for the next two weeks while we work out consistent hours for both the fairgrounds shop and our latest location on 2nd Ave. Have no fear, we be back at both locations soon.
