So… how many of you, if any, have read one of my YA books?

If you haven’t, I’m ridiculously excited to tell you about what we’ve been building.

Now, with the digital versions (SoundChapters), you can experience the heart of a 100-page book in about 15 minutes. They’re packed with artwork, original music, crazy narration, and a lot of it is 100% FREE on YouTube!

This has literally been a 10-year project, and it’s all focused on one thing: your time and your experience.

Let’s be honest. Most of us are adults. We have kids, jobs, in-laws, stress… and that weird person at Circle K. 😂 Who has time to gamble on 300 pages thinking, “I hope this is good…”? Not me, Jack.

Give me 15 minutes of what people have described as a twisted little horror musical. I’m in.

The best part? You don’t even have to watch it (although you can). It’s completely hands-free. Throw it on in the car and… um… “enlighten” your kids with the books you want to listen to.

Wait… did I say torture? 😆 I meant enlighten.

Seriously though, kids are already staring at screens. So why not bring the books to the screen… and add music? Music is HUGE when you’re a teen, and we’ve got everything from boom bap rap to shoegaze, country (sorry 😜), rock, metal, jazz, comedy… it’s all over the place.

Oh… and I haven’t even gotten to the best part.

Why Are There Two Horror Ink Logos?

We’ve created two paths for young horror fans because not every spooky story is meant for the same age group.

🎃 Scary the Skully
Recommended for ages 8–13

This side of Horror Ink focuses on fun spooky adventures, cryptids, mysteries, strange legends, and Halloween fun. These stories are designed to be exciting, imaginative, and age-appropriate for younger readers and listeners.

💀 Scream Team 13+
Recommended for ages 13+

As readers get older, so do the stories. Scream Team 13+ explores darker mysteries, deeper themes, and more intense adventures through books, SoundChapters, music, and KVLT 109.9.

Both are part of the Horror Ink universe.

Both celebrate imagination, mystery, music, and storytelling.

One is where the adventure begins.

The other is where the adventure grows up.
