A few customers stopped in today and were amazed at both the quality and the prices of the steaks and pork chops in our case.

We haven't compared our prices to other meat counters in quite some time, but after seeing what some places are charging... HOLY SMOKES, folks! 😳

With the addition we're building, maybe we should be charging more! 😉 Just kidding—we're not raising prices. But if you're buying your steaks somewhere else, you might be missing out.

We don't use loss leaders to get people through the door. We simply offer local, fresh, quality products at fair prices every day.

We cut some bone in ribeye steaks and put in the case this afternoon! $15.75/ # while they last! They won't last long!

Ever notice how our skinless brats aren't exactly all the same size in the package? Yeah we have too!
We didn't care for the odd number it made or how HUGE the original press that originally came with the machine was so they made a smaller press for us. The only issue was the outside 2 tend to be a smidge bigger than the middle 2. Still taste amazing and a lot of people actually liked the little bit of difference.
It drove Grant nuts when looking at a package and Charles was tired of literally cutting each group of brats by hand so back in March we ordered a new machine and it arrived last week. Excited to increase efficiency, consistency, and volume of our skinless brats and skinless sausage links!
