This man had a Wisconsin permit. Minnesota does not recognize Wisconsins permit. They do recognize ours (we can carry there) He is being charged with a Gross Misdemeanor. That is a big deal. Make sure you know which states you can carry in. I Luke the USA Carry reciprocity map
