The Richmond County Curfew Ordinance is in effect for all individuals under the age of 18.

Minors may not be in public places without adult supervision during the following hours:

• 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆: 𝟭𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗽.𝗺. – 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗮.𝗺.
• 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆: 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬 𝗮.𝗺. (𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁) – 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗮.𝗺.

This includes public streets, sidewalks, parks, playgrounds, parking lots, businesses, vacant lots, and other public areas within Augusta-Richmond County.

There are several exceptions to the curfew ordinance, including when a minor is:

• Accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult with lawful custody
• Running an emergency errand at the direction of a parent or guardian
• Traveling directly to or from lawful employment
• Attending or traveling directly to or from a religious service, school function, or other activity protected by First Amendment rights
• Traveling in a motor vehicle with parental consent for normal travel

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 should also be aware that the county ordinance prohibits allowing or permitting a minor to violate curfew without a lawful exception. Parents, guardians, or other persons having custody or control of a minor who knowingly permit or fail to exercise reasonable control to prevent a curfew violation 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 as provided by law.

After 4–5 months of going back and forth with Facebook, it looks like the scammers impersonating our company and operating fake accounts have finally been removed.

We’re very happy to receive this news, as the situation was seriously affecting our brand and reputation. We received multiple calls from concerned customers state wide and even negative reviews caused by these fake accounts and customers scammed.

Police reports have already been filed regarding this matter. If anyone happens to see these scammers pop back up on Facebook or anywhere else online, please let us know immediately.

Thank you to everyone who supported us and helped report these accounts.
