2025 law prevents cities from banning them entirely on July 3, 4, and New Year's Eve. Use is restricted to private property with permission, not public land, and violators face fines.
Summer: June 1 – July 8 (9 a.m. to 10 p.m., extended to 11 p.m. on July 3rd & 4th).
Winter: December 10 – January 3 (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

We left for Boomtown in Vinton, Ia. after lunch. Did the Triple tow thing with the Camper pulling the flatbed with the golf cart and the Reenactment cannon on the back. Stopped in Bonderant to make sure everything was OK. Stopped a the midpoint at Mesquakee and the cannon was gone. If you see it, please give me a call. I feel awful that some one might not use it correctly and hurt themselves or others.

The tents are packing up and going back to other states. Your Mom and Pop locally owned Shooters-Fireworks will be open from noon to 5 today. It was so great to help so many people this year. Just love lowering the boom for the kids pics with the big firework. This was the 5th year for some of the families. So neat to see the kids growing up. We are truly blessed to serve you.

Open today and tomorrow 10-10. Got a chance the shoot a little last night. I had a do as I say, not do as I do moment. "Great Expectations" is a hard hitting 9 shot triangle. Shot the one on the left with out proper blocking. Yes by shot 2 it was flip flopping and we were running.
