Built in 2005, Main Street Commons Apartments offers distinctive independent senior living. Main Street Commons is nestled in the desired city of Greenwood; just minutes from local grocery stores, retail shopping, and I-65. Main Street Commons proudly participates in the LIHTC Section 42 Tax Credit Program. Income restrictions do apply with this program; however, this allows for us to offer afford

able housing to lower income households. Main Street Commons is conveniently located on the Johnson County Access route; allowing for inexpensive, easy transportation to access the greater Johnson County every hour Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm*.
