Gas Leak 💧🫧
This is from a customer who had a small gas leak at her regulator on her gas range. She could tell something was off because her could periodically smell gas.
Our technician used leak detector to find the issue. This is similar to trying to find a hole in a car tire. The bubbles are moving because of the air leak. Using soapy water can also work in this situation to find a leak.

This morning we repaired a customer’s control board. This control had burnt out from years of use. Instead of replacing the entire board, we were able to resolder the contact.

There are two seasons in the year: fall, and waiting for fall.

Washer Clogs!
Be careful about washing rugs or dog beds.
This customer ran her rug through the washer and the rubber backing came off and disintegrated into hundreds of pieces. This clogged up the washer, especially the drain hose and pump.
You might be able to wash your rug on the delicate cycle, but we would recommend washing it by hand if it’s an older rug.
