I absolutely love making them and can’t begin to describe the joy I have while handling every piece. My goal is for the same joy to be extended once received. I named the business after them because in having girls with vibrant personalities, they forced me to be creative and think outside the box. I've owned this business since 2010. Before Mikari Cakes, I didn't have a crafty bone in my body. My 1st cake was of diaper and not presentable. The world will never know what it looked like!!! :-D I was intrigued and noticed how happy I was making them and later ventured on to candy. Although I’ve come a long way, my goal is to continuously grow by learning from latest trends and taking on different and exciting ideas that customers would like me to create. Fruit candy lovers, no worries! I got you too! The cakes are not all chocolate. Depending on the color, style, or theme, I try to get a mix of both on the outside but if I'm unable to, there's plenty of fruitier candy on the inside!
