Wish this pic was an old-fashion scratch-n-sniff! Meet STOCK!!! One of the best fragrances in the flower world!!!
As a side note...this is the best batch I've ever grown!!! The weather and composted manure has done the trick!!! Stock only loves cool weather, so it only grows now, in Indiana! Most flower farmers don't bother with it because it's a "one and done" flower...but I have to, not only for its beautiful colors, but the fragrance you can't get anywhere else!!!

What an afternoon! Uncovered all the tunnels, weeded, mowed the clover & rye walk paths, added horizontal netting and then put it all back together...ohhhh the sand bags! We're burnt and pooped, but it's done and all the flowers made it through the storm we just had!!! So thankful to have had the help to put up that netting...I'll never go another season without it!!!
