Hey friends! This is something way different than I normally do. But we all know of the devastation hurricane Helene has left behind. I have customers in the affected areas and it breaks my heart. When I was a teenager I actually went on 2 missions trips to help rebuild homes for Katrina victims. Once again I feel called to action.
1- I will be selling this shirt design on tees, long sleeve tees and sweatshirts. All proceeds from sales of this design will be used for me to buy supplies to send to victims.
2- I will be using my house as a donation collection site. I have found a local small business who is making a trip down there next week and I want to help them collect donations.
3- if by the grace of God I manage to get enough donations and find a sitter, my husband has offered to help me rent and drive a truck down to deliver items ourselves if we get too many for our local guy driving.
I know the economy is hard right now, but all I can think about is those people without food and water and babies without formula and diapers. People without medical supplies and first aid. I am broken and just need to help in whatever capacity I can. So if you feel called to help us in any way, we’d appreciate it so much!
Things that are needed:
Bottles of water (the biggest need)
Non perishable food items
Unexpired baby formula
Breastmilk/feeding supplies
Diapers
Wipes
First aid supplies
Chewable Benadryl
Survival supplies
Clothes for all ages and genders
With the proceeds of the shirts I’ll be buying supplies needed as well!
