Flower farmers call it “FROSTMAS.”
Such a bitter sweet morning. These blooms that I have loved, tended, and shared are done. They have done their work of making the world a more beautiful place. Now comes the work of putting it all to bed for the winter.

Even though it feels like July in October- the flower field knows better.
Nature is ready for a shift.
Today we are closing the flower season with a bang!
The flower stand is brimming with all kinds of beauty.
If you have been meaning to stop all summer- today is the day!

We will close for the season after today!

Even though it feels like July, the flowers know that it is time to wind down.
Saturday,October 4 will be our last farm stand for the season. It’s time to dig out that spare change from the couch, or those Bloom Bucks you stashed to use later and take a little self care drive to the country. Directions & details in Linkin bio.

Fall is in the air.
We wore our carhartt jackets this morning to set up the farm stand, and spotted the first colored leaves!!🍁 .
We are on borrowed time for flowers.

The farm stand will be open today from.
7:00-1:00

Every week is potentially our last week. Mother Nature is in the drivers seat. The minute she sends that first frost-it’s all over.
We are grateful for every week at this point.

🌸Zinnias maybe a simple, easy to grow flower, but they are so helpful in bouquets at this time of the year. This Benary’s Giant Zinnia Salmon Rose really is the most beautiful Zinnia around in my opinion!! This one was just perfect, and had to grab a pic with it!

Had the best time with these lovely women last night! I am convince that flower lovers are the best people. We walked in the field and cut flowers, we ate snacks, and we created gorgeous one of a kind bouquets. It was a perfect way to spend a warm summer evening.
