Hello Swerve Happy Family! We are gearing up for Black Friday and want to remind of a couple things.
1) If you place an order, we now have the ability to track your order at the bottom of the page click "Track Your Order." There are worldwide mail delays so please order now for Christmas orders & please track your order via the website. Once we get into the holiday, we will not be able to track it for you.
2) We are processing orders for LED scrunchies just as quickly as we can. Please be patient. All orders received as of yesterday will be processed by midnight tonight.
3) Swerve Happy is open 24 hours a day- 7 days a week BUT customer service is open Mon-Friday 9-5 and any orders placed over the weekend are processed the Monday after.
4) If you leave a message on an ad about your order, it will be deleted. We have cleared our email in prep for Black Friday, so all customers have been responded to. All rude racially inappropriate messages will be deleted and those customers will be banned.
5) For LED scrunchies, we are going to post the instruction video again. Please follow instructions before you reach out saying they are faulty. They do work! :)
6) Thank you Swerve Happy fam for all your orders and support of our business! We appreciate it! Lets get ready for BLACK FRIDAY!
