Cell Phone Sales Representative and Mobile Repair Technician will sell, activate, & demonstrate cellular phones, services and accessories to customers in store. They will assist customers with questions and concerns regarding equipment and billing issues. They will also perform curbside cell phone repair for our customers using a company provided vehicle. Commission and tips are included in this position as a bonus to hourly.

Requirements:

1 Year prior sales and customer service experience required
Basic computer and keyboarding skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Experience in Cell Phone repair preferred
Experience in a cellular environment preferred
Responsibilities:

Selling cellular phones, service plans & accessories to customers.
Upgrading customer’s phones and services.
Activating cellular phones through point of sale.
Processing customer payments.
Assisting customers with billing issues.
Repairing Devices (In store and curbside at customers location)
Arriving to work on time & dressed in appropriate attire (i.e. business casual).
Achieving monthly sales goals.
Troubleshoot cellular devices
Employee must be able to pass a drug, driving and criminal background check in accordance with federal laws.
