Bun Thit Nuong (vietnamese Bún Thịt Nướng or Bún Chả) is a popular dish of Vietnamese cuisine which is considered as a Vietnamese culinary specialty. It consists of grilled marinated pork chop serves with thin rice vermicelli over a bed of mixed fresh vegetables and well mixed fish sauce.

Banh hoi is a traditional Vietnamese dish that’s comprised of woven fine rice vermicelli noodles topped with chopped scallions in oil.
I grew up eating banh hoi with thit heo nướng (roasted pork).The roasted pork is super tender. And the sweet, sour and zesty nuoc mam cham dipping sauce makes everything come together as one.
This is my dinner today 😊. My food needed some vegetables (basil, mint,lettuces...)
