Summer is in full swing, and while we’ve all been enjoying the river and finding ways to cool off, it’s a good time to remember to care for these special places we’re lucky to have close to home.

From the Yuba River and Deer Creek to Wolf Creek and the many other beautiful summer spots throughout our community, let’s do our part to respect our waterways and leave them even better than we found them.

We’re especially grateful for organizations like SYRCL and Wolf Creek Community Alliance, who work year-round to protect and care for our watersheds. If you have some time to give, consider joining them for a river cleanup; WCCA is hosting one this September that the Provisions team will be supporting, and we’d love to see you there!

Here’s to a great summer, and to taking care of the places that make it so special. 🌿
