Ok. It's time. Time to return to selling CBD oil. Here's my story. If you want to skip it and just shop for clean and pure organic CBD oil - THC-free or THC-legal 0.3% - then click this link. There's organic creams, oils, mouth sprays, coffees, and even CBD items for pets, all from HempWorx. Thanks for supporting me and for trying CBDs.

Five years ago, my store was the first location to sell CBD oil over the counter in Nevada County, CA, back in 2014, at my shop Merry Jane. Around that time, the FDA was sending threatening "you might not be legal" letters to internet-based CBD suppliers, including people that were selling handcrafted CBD products via Etsy from states like WA that were legal. This made supply a challenge. The FDA was largely upset that health claims were being made in advertising and on products without FDA approval. They also mentioned that CBDs were in a gray area as far as legality in general.
I had first connected with one brand of CBD oil called wellbe, and had a legitimate face-to-face person I ordered from, and they had test results verifying the CBD content and purity of the product. It worked great. One testimonial was from a person who had a problem getting out of bed due to back pain, spending most days lying down, and had heard about CBDs. They sent their 18yo son in to buy some and then raved at how they were able to sit up.
After the FDA sent their threatening letters, wellbe backed off and said they'd stop supplying CBD oil while they rethink their business model. So I switched to an Etsy-based supplier out of WA that lacked verification of quality, just trusting the reviews online.
Soon after, they were one of several brands of CBD that the FDA had secretly ordered online and tested, and then published the results publicly, showing that most CBD products don't contain hardly any CBDs…if any at all. When purchased OUTSIDE OF REGULATED MED/REC DISPENSARIES, CBDs and their labeling are totally unregulated, so there is no federal or state agency verifying that the CBD gummies and CBD gum and CBD chocolates and all the other CBD things you're seeing at the checkout counters are real and legit. Most of them likely contain absolutely no CBDs.
So I backed off selling CBDs and became a skeptic of anything outside of a dispensary that wasn't tested and labeled (and eventually closed my shop altogether). As a result, I stopped taking CBDs altogether, even though I felt they benefitted me in a variety of physical/mental ways (other than the occasional visit to a dispensary when in the city, as a novelty, to buy some CBD tincture every couple of years).
Like you (depending on where you live), I began noticing bolder and bolder availability of "CBD" products in grocery stores and gas stations, but doubted their veracity. A year ago, when visiting a friend I hadn't seen in 20 yrs, they mentioned ordering CBDs online and swearing by them. They were using Charlotte's Web brand, which I had heard about over the years. I had also become a little more involved in assisting a couple of people in assessing CBD and THC treatments for cancer, so was checking reviews online. I decided, BAM, that's it. I'm going to order some Charlotte's Web. I need CBDs, ones that I can trust, without THC, and not have to drive to a dispensary.
Before I could, one of my good friends began selling HempWorx CBDs, and they had really good reviews, ratings, and documentation for purity. Plus, I also wanted to support my friend, and HempWorx CBDs were also organic, made in the US (grown in Kentucky). I bought some and have been taking them ever since, a few months ago. However, with the network of fiends I have and the experience i have in CBD/THC therapy, they encouraged me to also offer the HempWorx CBD oil, instead of just buying it.
So, that's what I finally decided to do. I'm taking it (actually I ran out and my friend moved to Hawaii, and I feel better with a daily CBD regimen, so I'm ordering a bunch for myself and for offering face-to-face), and now I'm selling it.
Please use my direct link at the top or bottom of this post if you're interested in CBD oils for you or your pets. It supports me and it's HempWorx organic CBD oil, made in the US. in 500mg or 750mg versions, in cinnamon, peppermint, or gross "natural" flavor if you like the taste of grass clippings. Also in THC-free versions for people who are drug tested. Note: Normal HempWorx versions have 0.3% THC or less, which is legally considered h**p oil under federal law, and will not create any drug effects, but may still fail a drug test.

Google CBDs for your own education into research and possible benefits. These are some of the chronic ailments that CBDs may be able to help improve, based on both research and anecdotal evidence:
- Alcoholism
- Alzheimers
- Antibiotic-resistant Infections
- Anxiety
- Cancer
- Crohn's Disease
- Depression
- Diabetes
- Epilepsy
- MS
- Pain
- PTSD
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Skin Disorders
P.S. There are also different opinions as to whether CBD must be combined with THC in order to receive the healing benefits, and I am not one of those people who believe this. CBDs on their own can be very beneficial. THC can be as well. The CBD/THC combination that is right for everyone is different, however, and many do not, or cannot, tolerate the effects of THC at all. CBDs on their own can be a great benefit without THC, in my non-professional opinion.
Thanks!
