Karl's Staff Pick of the week: is the newest album by Foo Fighters, "Your Favorite Toy." This is their 12th studio album in their linup of great albums. There are a lot of songs I really like on this album. Its of course its has Dave Grohl's signature voice that just blends well with the music, and the rest of the bands members. Yes its still taking me awhile to not have Taylor Hawkins on drums with his personal style of drumming. But their new drummer Ilan Rubin has played with some legendary bands in music history. This all being said this album, "Your Favorite Toy" is a great album with catchy songs with meaningful lyrics, and and a nice Rock feel to it. It definitely upholds itself in the lineup of the rest of the Foo Fighters albums. Twelve albums later, and Foo Fighters still have it! Glad I have this one in my collection, and currently have it spinning on my turntable now. I give it two thumbs up.
