Ever since I was a kid I’ve felt a deep connection to the earth, and as with any great relationship comes a strong respect for how I treat it and the decisions I make surrounding it. While I’ve always made the choice to reduce and recycle, being a part of Permaculture Conference this past April really opened my eyes to how much more I can be doing to be sustainable and live in harmony with the earth. While I’m far from perfect in my choices, I am taking steps to reduce as much as I can around the home, and this includes ditching plastic waste wherever possible. Cue - no more plastic wrap! These reuseable wraps made out of beeswax can be used to cover bowls, wrap up sandwiches, cover cut produce and transport snacks - however you’d normally use plastic wrap in your home! Plus they come in super cute patterns, which makes it fun for the kids, too! 🐝💕
Speaking of, how cute are these three?! My lovely friend .joyful.life and her two sweet blueberry lovin’ ladies! 🍋
I find it helps even further to surround myself with like minded people who care about the same things I do, to share ideas and inspire one another! This lady is definitely one of those inspirations in my life ☺️💕
