First deer of the season! Gonna crank out some jalapeño bacon burgers for a customer! Remember we are a cut above and put as much care into your meat as you do the hunt!

We are up and running at limited capacity this year. Please be advised as due to our limited capabilities we will not be offering smoked meats at this time, but will continue to offer sausages, grounding, and cuts as well!

Also please be advised we have had a change in location we are operating out of Grantsboro this year just north of New Bern!

Not only do we process wild game, we look out for the animals as well. This poor little girl was stuck in the fence. With a little time and effort, we were able to get her free and taken to a rescue. Her foot is pretty rough, but they believe they can help her recover! Glad we were there to see this poor little girl and help her when she needed it.

There’s a picture in the comments also of her trip to the rescue.
