To raise money for the upcoming Renaissance Faire, we’re raffling off this set of ruby zoisite dice! Entries are $5, and it’ll will be open for two weeks (closing 6/13).

We will be holding a draft for the new Tarkir Dragonstorm MtG set at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, 4/11! $35 entry, and there will be a prize pool in store credit for top three.

Going into the new year, we're going to be hosting a Warhammer 40k escalation league! It's a great way to learn the game, pick up a new army, or finish painting that project that's been waiting for you. For those unfamiliar, here's how it works;

-Pick an army and build a 500-point list. Combat Patrols are great for this, or you can make your own.
-Over the next three months, paint your models. Then, everyone plays a round of games with the other participants.
-After the games, add 250 points to your list, and paint them over the next six weeks. Play another round of games with your new and improved army.
-Repeat until you have a full 2,000-point army!

We'll also be running the league using Crusade rules, which add a fun narrative as you play your games, and let your characters and units tell a story for themselves!
The store will of course have space available for you to use to paint your army. We also have paints to borrow if you want to test out colors before committing to a theme.

Friday and Saturday this week will be Paint-A-Rat days! Come into the store either day and paint one of the new Skaven from Skaventide. All the supplies and paints will be provided free of charge, and we'll be happy to answer any painting questions you may have. There will be a small painting competition at the end of the event, with 1st winning $30 in store credit, and 2nd getting $15. There will be a kid's division as well, with the same prizes.
