It’s the weekend!! To celebrate we’re dropping this sick 1965 Fender Mustang in its original Blue finish. All original and even featuring a “slab” Brazilian rosewood fretboard- which turned up on a few mustangs and jaguars in late 1965 and early 1966 oddly enough, even though slab fretboards were phased out in 1962 by Fender. Just in! A killer 1965 Fender Jazzmaster ready for the road or the studio! This one sounds phenomal and is a great player now that it’s been set up in the shop. Bridge pickup is rewound by Fralin Pickups and the bridge is an old Mustang bridge, but other than that it’s original! Let us know if you’re interested, it won’t last long…

Is this the most vibed-out ‘80s Fullerton Tele ever? We think so. This thing has been PLAYED and retains all of its original parts. One of the earliest reissue telecasters, this 1982 Fender American Vintage Telecaster checks all the boxes for a “blackguard” tele. It’s not for sale (it’s too good to let go, so it’s going into the shop collection) but we thought it was too fun not to share!
