Why don’t we carry aquarium kits?

Well, it’s because we don’t believe a set up is a one-size-fits-all. Every fish, plant or invertebrate has their own requirements and we like to piece together set ups based on needs. However, we recognize that it can sometimes be overwhelming to try and put together the proper set up on your own, so we’ve put together some “kits”. The best part is, if you purchase these you get 10% off the total price AND a livestock credit slip to use for any plants, fish or inverts! Stop in and see what we’ve got.

It’s time to make some room. One of our long term displays needs a new home.

It’s a very established rimless nano, approximately 5 gallons. It’s home to a breeding colony of Bloody Mary Neocaridina and a school of exclamation point rasboras.

A great set up and the best part is you don’t have to do any of the start up!

Spud, our rescue Dog Face Puffer LOVES attention. He’s the wet pet you’ve been searching for. You could teach him tricks and talk to him all day!

He’s another candidate for a large FOWLR tank. He would like the place to himself, however, cause puffers be puffering- anything that sparks curiosity is worth trying once, i.e. other fishes’ fins.

He has been a long term resident and he just wants a tank to call home.

Trust us, you need Spud in your life!

He’s sometimes mysterious, most times curious. He’ll entertain you while not needing much. His ideal home is at least a 150 FOWLR tank! Corals are a tasty snack for him, so are invertebrates, like shrimp. He’s a slow mover so he would prefer more docile tank mates.
