Alive Again. A small, independently owned and operated, horror focused video store.
This is my store. I opened it with no loans, no banks, no investors, and no help. Just me. But I certainly couldn’t have done it without the support of my amazing wife and kids.
I have one employee who works one day per week that I am super grateful for. She’s a good friend but also a truly good person. I wish I could have more employees to be open longer hours but I can’t afford it. I believe in paying people a fair wage for working so for now, in order to pay fairly, I can only afford one employee, one day per week.
I sell horror, exploitation, cult classics and b-movies. I don’t ship or have plans to sell online. I fully support those that do, it’s just not my thing. I want this to be and stay a neighborhood shop. The selection changes pretty much every day and I’m so grateful for the people that come in every week, or every month, or whenever their schedule or budget allows. I love taking your trade ins, and appreciate the people who come to me to trade or sell their movies.
I like to talk about movies and pinball. Those are my things. It’s dark and small in here and there’s usually metal or punk playing and a gory movie on. If that sounds cool to you, please stop by!
