Our Grand Opening Celebration is TODAY! 🎉
On this day 14 years ago, I became a business owner with Gunflint Mercantile. Today, we celebrate the start of this wonderful new chapter with The Chocolate Dog !
Stop in for the festivities, and grab some treats for you and your pup! 🐾
Great Tails Animal Rescue will be here! We'll have a drawing at the end of the day for a really sweet gift basket with things from Pivot + Spark Creative , Minnesota Dog Treats , Northern Soda Company , and even a massage from Massage By M•N !

With the mad rush to get the shop open before Christmas, we didn't have time to plan a proper "grand opening" celebration. So I'd love for you to join us for an open house on Saturday, February 1st!
We'll have a fully stocked store with new truffle flavors and special Valentine's Day treats available! 💘
Samples of coffee and hot cocoa, giveaways, and a drawing! 🥳

Our final inspection was on Friday, and I am cleared to start using our shop kitchen!!! 🎉 This is SO exciting, and you can bet your bottom dollar I'm here making truffles at this very moment!
Because WE'RE OPENING THURSDAY!!!!!!!!!! 🤩
