Training in Glenwood Springs today, working with two detailers who are learning the trade.

My trainings are always hands-on. Mistakes are going to happen, and that’s part of the process. People come to learn, ask questions, and improve—they aren’t expected to be perfect on day one.

Real growth happens when you’re willing to make mistakes, accept feedback, and keep practicing.
