WE RC Rock Nationals Registration Information
**Key Dates for Application Submissions:**
* **Application Window Opens:** March 23, 2026
* **Application Deadline:** May 20, 2026

Please note that to ensure an optimal competitive experience and to manage event logistics, each class is strictly limited to **30 drivers**. We encourage prompt submission of your application to secure your place.
**Application Process:**
To apply for participation, please compile the following information and submit it via email to **[email protected]**. If you intend to compete in multiple classes, a separate, complete application must be submitted for each class entry.

**Required Application Details:**
Email Title: Event class
1. **Driver's Full Name:** Your complete name as the primary competitor.
2. **Selected Class:** Clearly indicate the specific class you are applying for and any specific requirements the class may have.
3. **Statement of Interest:** A brief explanation outlining your motivation for participating in this prestigious event and what you hope to achieve.
4. **Vehicle Weight:** The current weight of your competition vehicle. Please be aware that this will be independently verified during the technical inspection phase at the event.
5. **Comprehensive Vehicle Photography:** To facilitate our technical review process, please include a series of high:quality photographs of your vehicle from the following perspectives:
* Top View
* Front View
* Rear View
* Driver's Side View
* Passenger's Side View
* Bottom View
* Driver Figure (if applicable)
* Detailed Cockpit Images
* Images showcasing any components relevant for bonus points (e.g., scale motor, rear motor positioning).

**Review and Notification Timeline:**
Applications will undergo a thorough review process, commencing with submissions received from March 23. Reviews will be conducted every Friday, and applicants can anticipate receiving a response regarding the status of their submission within one week of the review date.

**Event Fees and Payment:**
A participation fee of **$40.00** applies to each class entry. It is important to note that the secure payment link will be provided exclusively to applicants whose vehicle(s) have successfully passed the initial technical review.

With Horizon Hobby pulling the plug on almost all of their events for the year WE RC Rock is picking up the slack. We are turning our 2 national events into festivals!
Several 100+ gate courses and all the shenanigans we can jam into 4 days!
