Great News, , Bergman Appliance Repair has expanded our service to continue our tradition of excellent service to the most important component of our business...the customer! We are now an authorized service center for Electrolux, Frigidaire, GE and Fisher & Paykel. This is in addition to being the Authorized service center for LG, Samsung, Dacor and Kenmore. While we still service about anything it is nice to know who you can call too service your new products when needed.

In addition we provide general repair and maintenance services to most brands and cover an area that surrounds GI by 60 to 90 miles depending on the direction of travel.

Great news everyone, we will be adding some new services too our portfolio beginning mid to late September. We will be offering Dryer vent cleaning up too 100 ft and with that some new products to provide better venting and a more pleasing looking and performing vent system for your dryer which will improve drying efficiency and save you dry time as well as money. The second service will be HVAC maintenance, which will include a visual inspection of entire unit, changing of filters, and cleaning of condensor coils. These are services that should be performed anually and will save you a lot of money in usage and possible future repairs. Keep up too date here and on our Website. Great News, I am happy too announce that we are growing, we have been, up till now, "a one man shop". We have added another Technician that will speed up our response time considerably. In the future we hope to add a few more as well.

We do not sell retail products, Our sole focus is on getting your appliance restored to original mechanical condition as quickly as logisitics will allow. You can be assured that I am not trying to sell anything but our service, so the advice we give is honest and from the heart. You will almost never hear me say that you would be better off buying new as that is rarely the case.

So FYI, when you call for your repair you should include a maintenance on your dryer and fridge. This can help prevent fires and failures. It is never wasted money.

Don't forget to maintain your fridge, keep that coil clean and keep it pulled back from the wall about 3 inches so your machine can breathe. The number one thing that causes compressor failure is improperly maintained machines. Give us a call and we can come out to do the maintenance for you, and in most cases we can also get your outdoor coil cleaned up too... for a fee of course.

Hey all, we are expanding lol, adding another tech too the mix who is in training now. We will be taking appointment for him hopefully soon, in the next 2-3 weeks. The best way too hold the line on what we have too charge is to increase volume and we will be focusing on this with renewed vigor in the coming days. Keep in mind replacement, installation, and part costs are all steadily rising so repair is usually your best option.

The one thing I see a lot of is the one thing I promise we will not do and that is tell you "you are better off replacing your machine when it can be repaired". That is a decision you need too make when you have all the available information such as what is wrong and what it will cost to repair, and how durable the repair will be. That is why you pay us too come into your home.
