Join us Tuesday evenings at 8 pm for Bedtime Restorative Yoga.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing practice designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, poses are held for longer periods to encourage complete relaxation, release tension, and restore the nervous system. No experience or flexibility is required.

Leave feeling blissed out and ready for bed. One of our favorite reviews for this class was, "It's like a massage for your brain."

Join us Sunday morning at 11 am for Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga is a slow practice that invites you to soften, slow down, and connect inward. Poses are held for several minutes with supportive stillness, gently working into the body’s deeper connective tissues and fascia. This can help encourage mobility, ease areas of tension, and create a sense of spaciousness throughout the body. A quiet practice for anyone craving stillness, mindfulness, and deep relaxation.

No experience needed. We have yoga mats and anything else you need. Come as you are (in comfy clothes).

This moon marks a peak period of gathering food, crops, and fish. Symbolically, it represents a time to reap the rewards of the intentions and hard work you planted earlier in the year.

Sturgeons are prehistoric creatures that have survived for millions of years. The moon carries an energy of long-term survival, reminding you of your own inner strength and ability to endure difficult cycles.

As bottom-dwellers in deep waters, sturgeons are symbolically linked to the subconscious. This full moon encourages looking beneath the surface of your life to uncover hidden truths and deep-seated wisdom.

Because the sturgeon catch was often plentiful, this moon symbolizes the importance of community, sharing wealth, and expressing gratitude for nature’s provisions before the scarcer winter months arrive.
