And just a little FYI……

Yes, we can donate items that we do not accept! However, PLEASE follow our intake rules! Please only bring 30 clothing/shoes that are clean & stain free! We had some recent drop offs that were just not in great shape, and honestly some were super bad! Stained clothing and really dirty shoes! That causes us a lot of unnecessary work and a wasted trip for you! Just because we will donate your items, does not mean we are a donation center!

Please know that we do NOT & will NOT send dirty, stained items to donation! They do not want to go through stained/dirty items either! If they are dirty/stained/odors/toys missing pieces or broke, they are just thrown away!!

Street Closure Reminder: On the day of the event (05/16/2026), the 100 blocks of East and West Elm Streets, North and South Main Streets, and the public parking lot on the 100 block of West Elm Street will close from 5:00am to 6:00pm. Please make sure you are not parked in this area after closure times. Setup of vendors, attractions, and stages will begin at these times, and it will not be possible to move vehicles due to congestion and pedestrian traffic. Streets will reopen at 6:00pm.

Reminder: All official vendor communications will come directly from the Graham Recreation & Parks Department.
