Tried my first Grilled Spatchcock Chicken. I did the South Carolina Style Barbecue Rub on one side and Kansas City Style Barbecue Rub on the other. Mmmmmm...... they are both so yummy! The meat is so tender and juicy!

Next time I'll try it in my Deluxe Air Fryer.

Good Morning, Friends! I'm sorry I've been missing in action lately. My father in law passed away 3 weeks ago, and now my dad is in the hospital due to pain from his cancer. He will be good to go as soon as they get this under control again.

One of these days life will return to normal. Until then, I will enjoy each day. I won't waste them because I can never get them back.
