Our last day to be open for business will be December 31, 2021. For those that don't know yet we are moving to Florida to be near our daughter and grandson. We have thoroughly enjoyed meeting and getting to know our customers. We thank each one of you for your business over the last 11 + years. We will miss seeing and visiting with y'all. Some of y'all have been coming here since we opened April 6, 2010.
I have had a couple people ask me about taking over my minnow business at their house. I do not know yet who will be doing that. When I do, I will make another post with that information.
I pray everyone has a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year! And y'all keep fishing 😁

Today is national go fishing day. For this weekend, today the 18th - Sunday the 20th, we will give a free dozen minnows to anybody that's taking a kid fishing and brings a kid with them to get bait from us.

One of my customers came over a couple days ago to show us what he caught on one of the minnows he bought from us. It weighed 9.8 lbs, measured about 20.7" long and was caught at Lake Palo Pinto. Thanks for bringing it by!

It's beautiful weather for fishing. We have some new fishing poles and tackle available for crappie, bass or catfishing. We also sell batteries now.

One of my customers caught these nice size crappies on Lake Leon a couple days ago. He's starting the new year right 🙂
Yep, we have minnows and other bait year round, even when it's winter.
