On this date in 1887 Louis Pasteur founded Pasteur Institute.
In 1860 he discovered that yeast was the magical ingredient that made beer ferment!
In 1873, Lou-diddy patented a method of brewing beer without spoilage by heating it to a specific temp to kill bacteria.
