This is your Wisdom Wednesday reminder. You deserve to heal without becoming hard, and you are allowed to choose happiness even when things are going wrong.
Anger can feel like protection, but hatred is heavy. It keeps you tied to what hurt you, and it can steal your ability to feel joy without guilt.
Choosing happiness does not mean you are in denial. Choosing happiness means you are taking your power back. It means you stop giving your pain the final word. It means you let joy be a medicine, not a reward you have to earn.

I am allowed to be hurt, and I am still choosing peace.

Connecting with Your Spirit in Nature

When I went through my spiritual awakening, I didn’t find the answers in books. I found them outside—in the trees, in the earth, in the quiet.

Nature isn’t just beautiful. It’s alive with the same energy that lives inside you. When we disconnect from nature, we disconnect from ourselves. We lose touch with our intuition, our rhythm, our truth.

But here’s the good news: connecting with your spirit in nature is simpler than you think.

Step outside. Find a place where you feel safe and a little bit wild.

Slow down. Put your phone away. Feel your feet on the ground. Notice what you see, hear, smell.

Ask a question. “What do I need to know right now?” Then listen—not with your ears, but with your whole body.

Trust what comes. That’s your spirit speaking. That’s wisdom.

You don’t need to be a healer or a shaman to do this. You just need to show up and listen. Your ancestors knew this. They lived it. And that wisdom is still inside you, waiting to be remembered.

This week, I’m inviting you to spend just 10 minutes connecting with your spirit in nature. Notice what happens. Notice what you remember about yourself.
